Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading regional petroleum marketer to support their search for a Lubricant Technical Engineer. The Lubricant Technical Engineer is the organization’s primary technical authority and a key advocate for customers across the lubricant portfolio. This role delivers expert guidance, product support, training, and hands-on field assistance to both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze lubricant samples and oil analysis reports; provide recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve product-related issues including contamination, performance concerns, and application suitability.
Serve as the organization’s SME on lubricant products, applications, specifications, and industry standards.
Support internal product administration including product setup, documentation, technical data sheets, and approvals.
Provide technical support to strategic lubricant accounts in coordination with Sales and Account Management.
Conduct lubricant surveys, equipment audits, and plant assessments to identify optimization, conversion, and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in lubricant applications, technical services, engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of lubricants, applications, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
