Energy Recruiters has engaged with a leading regional petroleum equipment company to support their search for a Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

Work with executive leadership to improve the sales program

Lead and mentor a team of inside and outsides sales representatives

Create and present bid proposals

Set and maintain KPI’s to achieve profitability goals

Working with the team on business development goals

Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees

 

Requirements

5+ years of sales management experience

Current experience in petroleum equipment sales as related to retail gas stations (UST’s, dispensers, POS, etc.)

P&L experience

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient computer skills
