Our client is seeking an experienced QSR District Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Food, Retail, or Quick Service Fast Food Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. Oversees 4-6 Locations.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the QSRs
Oversee daily operations of multiple QSRs within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Manage and develop a team of managers and employees to achieve business objectives
Analyze financial performance data and make recommendations to improve profitability
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees
Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food, Retail, or Quick Service Fast Food Operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, manage and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license
