Based on Experience
Home based; Colorado, Utah, or Nevada (airport hub city)
Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the sales team marketing fuels and lubricants
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Working with the team on business development goals.
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.
5+ years of experience managing a fuel/lubricants sales team of 7+ territory sales reps
Current experience in the fuel/lubricants industry
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
