Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading US Refining & Marketing company in their search for a Pipeline Safety/Incident Investigation Coordinator.

Work with field and process personnel to gather facts from incidents and generate investigation reports to determine causal factors of incidents. With stakeholder input, formulate recommendations for improvement and present findings to management.
Monitor incident reports to ensure that trends are identified and recommendations are created to mitigate potential future incidents. Work with incident report submitters and approvers to clarify scope and ensure understanding of the incident reports and to ensure timely report and recommendation submittal.
Work with project leaders to understand proposed modifications to facilities or processes in order to correctly identify impacted stakeholders to review management of change requests. Identify appropriate control data affected by the change request to ensure that documentation is kept current.
Monitor statuses to ensure that requests are reviewed and processed in a timely manner. Work with requestors and approvers to clarify scope and ensure understanding of the requests.
Generate and send periodic reports to facilitate Incident Investigation and Management of Change Process and Region review.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher degree) in Engineering, Industrial Safety or similar degree required.
5 years of experience providing support in Oil & Gas Logistics or similar industry required.
Experience with DOT PHMSA and relevant state pipeline safety regulations.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time required.
