Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading national petroleum marketer to support their search for a Sales Leader with 4–6 years of bulk fuel sales experience to build key accounts, grow new business, and deliver fuel supply solutions across commercial, industrial, and transportation sectors. This role involves managing national accounts, negotiating long-term contracts, and collaborating with national supply and logistics teams.

Location

Texas preferred, open to other locations in the US

 

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of national fuel clients

Negotiate bulk fuel supply contracts and spot sales

Support logistics and credit setup (lifting numbers, tax rates, billing)

Conduct market analysis and bid on RFPs

Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits

 

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in fuel sales or trading with extensive national account interface/relationships

Strong client management and contract negotiation skills

Familiarity with market tools like OPIS, DTN, or Platts

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
