Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support our Client, a regional fuel and lubricant marketer, in their search for a Vice President of Sales.
$110K-$120K Plus Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits
Focus on growing, developing, and leading all sales teams.
Focus on finding the right talent and placing them in the right seats while developing training programs to build capacity.
Hold the teams accountable for maintaining scorecards with a focus on attaining their goals.
Manage the P&L’s for each profit center with a focus on operational expenses and meeting budgeted net income goals.
Provide support to the sales team through weekly check in calls, monthly meetings, and market time with customers building relationships to grow the business.
Role will support the overall team in vendor/supplier negotiations, meetings, and relationships.
Main focus is on sales, growing/developing new business, and developing strong sales teams.
Oversight for the four Bulk Plants
Grow/Develop relationships with suppliers to secure best pricing
Develop training programs to grow capacity of sales teams
Oversight of team’s scorecards to maintain track for success
Support EVP of Division with strategic planning and initiatives
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in managing and leading a fuel and/or lubricant sales Team.
Current or most recent role must be a leadership role in marketing and/or operations management.
Demonstrated record of accomplishments as a manager, leader, and business developer in refined products marketing.
Extensive industry involvement and excellent customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Possess advanced analytical skills
Experienced computer skills working in Excel
