Texas (Dallas or Houston)
Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the lubricant sales team.
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Working with the team on business development goals.
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.
5+ years of experience managing a lubricants sales team of territory sales reps
Current experience in the lubricants industry
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
