Our Client is seeking a passionate, driven leader to manage the operational excellence of multiple retail food service locations while driving sales, profit expectations, and team development. This position is a mix between overseeing a Full-Serve sit-down restaurant and two additional Fast Food Quick Service Restaurants.

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant and Fast Food establishments.
Monitor, follow up and report training progress
Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable state laws
Ensure Brand recipes and systems are executed - Lead team meetings to communicate relevant operations information
Profitability
Identify and support systems to control costs and maintain budgets
Provide coaching and feedback to Store Manager regarding Brand/Company standards, sales, marketing, labor and food costs
Ensure tools and systems are in place to roll out new products, systems and processes
Requirements

Ability to forecast, budget, and troubleshoot issues and challenges.
Ability to think on your feet and make decisions independently.

Be able to interact easily with diverse employees
Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, business, food related field or equivalent is preferred
3-5 Years retail or restaurant experience, experience in the fast casual or quick service segment is preferred
Multi-Unit Management experience recommended
Full Serve Restaurant and QSR experience are a must
