Responsibilities
Primary accountability is the optimization of supply for system requirements
Secondary accountability is opportunistic physical trading in pursuit additional value creation
Interpret trends in customer demand, market structure, macroeconomic information, and market intelligence to develop strategies, associations, and cause/effect outcomes that impact supply & trading opportunities.
Collaborates with trading operations to manage physical inventories consistent with supply requirements and market structure.
Represents the company externally with suppliers, counterparties, and vendors
Negotiate spot and short/long term contract opportunities
Builds and manage internal and external relationships
Develop contacts and gather relevant market information
Participate in setting strategic plan for supply & trading team
Provides leadership & education opportunities for developing talent on the Supply & Trading Team
Requirements
BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other related discipline
At least 3 years supply & trading experience in gasoline trading in Gulf Coast and Florida Market
Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Logistics experience including pipeline, vessels, rail, and terminal networks
