Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading petroleum refiner to support their search for an Analyzer Specialist



Based on Experience






Observe jobs when in the field; stop and correct unsafe behavior immediately

Comply with and enforce Life Saving Rules, HSE Procedures, and Stop Work Authority

Provide support/clarification to the craft and engage in the MOC process

Sustain high Quality work, prevent rework, and support reliable operation

Review all quality incidents within area of responsibility; lead / participate in FRCS

Monitor craft quality performance and provide training as needed

Interface daily with Reliability instrument engineer and escalate issues that require engineering support

Identify bad actors and vulnerabilities; follow up on failures and recommend improvements

Work with engineering or create procedures as needed (new instruments and analyzers, etc.)

Develop and provide training as needed

Facilitate effective and timely communication with operation, maintenance and capital projects

Respond promptly to issues where craft need assistance with troubleshooting

Escalate to engineers as needed

Participate in Project reviews; ensure equip strategies, spare parts, documentation, etc



Experience with process analyzers, including chromatography, spectrometry, and electrochemistry

Demonstrated ability to improve analyzer reliability through changes to preventative maintenance tasks and schedules

Familiarity with SAP workflow management software

Working knowledge of codes and industry best practices applicable to the installation and maintenance of low voltage electrical and process measurement equipment

Basic computer skills – communication through e-mail, Microsoft Word documents, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
