Our Client, an international Refining & Markerting company, has engaged Energy Recruiters to support their search for a Supply Optimization Coordinator.

Accountabilities
Be a leader and support team members to maximize their potential.
Advocate for and inform the organization on best opportunities for each barrel through value chain. The value chain stretches from crude supply options through product markets.
Provide guidance traders and sales/marketers regarding all buying and selling opportunities for feedstocks and products.
Set daily rack pricing and execute strategies to optimize margins and market position
Work closely with logistics teams in commercial and manufacturing to optimize costs and distribution efficiencies.
Monitor and track KPIs and prepare performance management reports for senior management.
Engage with key internal stakeholders in marketing, trading, and refinery econ & planning on accountability in executing plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree 3-10 years of professional experience in commercial, and/or operational roles within the refining/marketing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of product regulations and compliance requirements
Sound understanding of logistical interfaces between pipe, rail, and marine transportation
