Energy Recruiters has partnered with an expanding convenience retail chain to support their need for a Marketing Manager to lead loyalty program strategy and digital marketing analytics for a multi-location retail brand.  This on-site role is ideal for someone with experience in the convenience retail space who thrives on data, innovation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage loyalty programs to boost retention and repeat business.

Analyze digital campaign data and customer trends to improve marketing performance.

Lead digital initiatives across email, social, and mobile app platforms.

Track KPIs and provide insight reports using analytics tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally with store operations and vendors.

 

Requirements

3–5 years in marketing with a focus on loyalty and digital analytics.

Must come from a high-traffic retail environment like a c-store or similar.

Strong skills in analytics tools, CRM systems, and campaign platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
