Responsibilities
Provide leadership and commitment for the convenience retail industry with direct responsibility for 6-12 stores.
Hire, develop, and support Store Managers and Customer Service Reps to maximize fuel, and non-fuel sales and operational excellence.
Responsible for meeting budgeted district-revenue goals and supporting managers to ensure excellence in standards.
Brings new ideas and concepts to reduce operational expenses, increase non-fuel income, and increase technological efficiencies.
Support leadership to identify initiatives for growth and reinvestment.
implements Corporate Safety initiatives to increase safety in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit management.
Convenience retail experience is a plus.
Experience with implementation of marketing/merchandising programs.
Work with the highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence.
Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire.
