Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading energy marketer in the Western US in their search for a Propane Product Line Manager. In this role, you will serve as the business leader for all commercial activities and be accountable for a significant P&L.

Responsibilities
Serve as the commercial manager for the propane business unit of this well respected, diversified energy marketer
Accountable for delivering profitable growth through expert management of supply, operations, sales, and marketing.
Supply responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supplier relationship management, negotiating long and short term supply agreements, managing inventory, risk management, and logistics/distribution.
Design and implement sales and marketing strategies that result in growth via new customer acquisition, retention, increased share of wallet, etc.
Close collaboration with functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that propane strategies/tactics are being executed and two-way feedback is provided.
Serve as a customer facing evangelist/subject matter expert for all things propane.
Work with other functional leaders in the business (e.g., finance and accounting, etc.) to ensure trends, patterns, and business results are accurately reflected and shared with executive leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior commercial role involving propane.
Advanced or expert knowledge of propane sales, marketing, supply, risk management, and rail logistics/operations.
Expert communication and leadership skills
Ability to contribute directly to the success of this business unit as well as work effectively as a Team member. Success in this role will be earned through individiual efforts as well as the ability to work well with shared services/cross-functional Teams.
