In this role, you will lead and support a Team of senior executives and several hundred indirect reports with accountability for multiple business units including Supply & Trading, Transportation & Logistics, as well as operationally-intensive delivered business lines. This organization is laser focused on creating an energy platform that can dominate the energy landscape and scale globally.
Own and deliver the company’s vision and 10 year strategic plan
Lead, mentor, and develop an exceptional Team that delivers results while embracing core values and evangelizing the brand
Maximize financial performance and customer satisfaction through achieving best-in-class functions of the business including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Safety, and Finance
Implement improvements/investments in processes, systems, and personnel that ensure scalable and stable growth
Lead Team to innovate and develop competitive advantages that distinctly separate the company from competitors
Provide Strategic Guidance in Company Decisions
Drive the Team to fulfill the company’s vision and 10 year plan; prepare and deliver the road map that aligns short term goals with the organization’s strategic plan.
Communicate short-term and long-term objectives and actions throughout the organization from the front line to ownership.
Make critical decisions in working capital, investment capital, and expense management
Financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders including ownership, bank partners, and suppliers

Drive organizational culture, communications, and development opportunities to improve the capabilities of your Team
Hiring, training, coaching, motivation, accountability, and succession planning for all Team members, especially the Leadership Team
Develop and manage key operational, customer service goals, and metrics to support your Team.
Steward a safe work environment for all Field Teams, Office Teams, and Customers.
Strategic Relationships & Partnerships
Serve as Chief Brand Ambassador in all current and new business relationships that create advantage for the organization
Create and foster strategic relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization including but not limited to customers, suppliers, and vendors
Lead the organization to a Best-in-Class culture for Customer Service
Establish and maintain key relationships that are critical to the success of the business
Provide transparency on success, failure, performance, and projections

Outstanding Candidates for this Executive Leadership role will bring the following:
Able to articulate your vision of an energy solutions company that will bring meaningful change to the market
Documented accomplishments in executive leadership at President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, or enterprise C-Level role
Deep understanding of the national/international energy supply chain, specifically refined products, electricity, and/or natural gas
Energetic, collaborative, and inspirational leadership style; able to connect dots and build strong internal/external relationships
Entrepreneurial & commercially minded with a maniacal passion for innovation and disrupting markets
Successful track record of individual/Team development and change management
Expert in developing and achieving enterprise budgets and projections
Expert decision making, organizational skills, commitment, and follow through of execution/implementation
Technology savvy with high degree of empathy/anticipation of what customers will value
Expert Communication skills
Expert Customer Service skills
MBA or other advanced degree
Passion for day to day execution, excellence, and motivating your Team.
Willing to relocate and travel extensively as needed
