Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading distributor of wholesale fuels to support their search for a Territory Sales Representative. The position is responsible for account management and new business development.
$60k-$70K plus uncapped bonus
Detroit Metro area (must already reside in the greater Detroit area)
Maintain a solid, capable, and strong dealer bench so as to maximize the sales opportunity.
Network with existing and potential open dealers within the marketing territory and actively solicit new business.
Provide outstanding customer support to the dealer network and build strong customer relations.
Achieve annual territory operating goals for volume, income, expenses and economic value.
Maintain outstanding location image per the established `Brand Standards'.
Manage risk effectively through the policies, procedures and guidelines established by the company.
Effectively communicate key programs, initiatives, and information to both internal and external partners to effectively manage territory responsibilities.
Follow through on administrative requests and manage administrative functions properly which includes damage claims, repair approvals, paperwork submittals, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in fuel distribution, or consume goods sales within the convenience store space.
Proven success in business development account management/retention with a fuel distributor, major oil company, or consumer goods company.
