Energy Recruiters has partnered with a premier fuel distributor to support their search for an Accounting Operations Supervisor.
Compensation

Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations, including A/R, General Ledger, and accruals.
Lead the AR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credits, and other documentation.
Engaging project management skills to lead initiatives to improve treasury management processes and other accounting systems.
Modifying and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the accounting department.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ensuring compliance with accounting laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an accounting department, preferably in the energy industry.
Successful experience with project management, internal and external audits, GL, A/R, supervising AR, SOP generation, and accruals.
Quality leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
