Territory Sales Manager – Fleets

 

Energy Recruiters is supporting a Client who’s committed to adding at least two highly successful Territory Sales Managers.   In this role, you will offer fueling and maintenance service solutions to small and mid-size fleets in targeted markets.   This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, discovering and solving customer pain points, and driving revenue growth in the transportation and commercial fleet sectors.

Location

Two Positions 

Central and Eastern Regions; Remote/Home-office with 50% travel expectations for in-person prospect introductions

 

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new fleet customers within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and business owners.

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting fleet operations.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.

 

Requirements

3–5 years of B2B sales experience with fleet cards or fuel management solutions

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Strong understanding of fleet operations and cost management strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel within the territory

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
