Energy Recruiters has engaged with a leading national marketer to support their growth in several Mid-Atlantic states.   In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and professional management of the region's Sales Team.   Opportunities for your professional advancement and development are extensive with this organization that serves customers coast to coast.   



$120,000 to $140,000 + 35% bonus (at target; includes multiplier above performance targets); relocation package; retirement benefits



MidAtlantic (Eastern PA, WV, MD, Southern NJ); Remote/Home Office



Accountability for sales strategy, planning, and execution to achieve volume & margin goals

Provide leadership, training, and coaching to a high performing team marketing delivered fuels and lubricants in the region

Serve the Team in critical areas of Organizational Development, Training, and Succession Planning

Lead & support optimization in the areas of Operations and Logistics

Prepare and present strategy/tactics to execute and deliver to approved goal

Partner with stakeholders in all other functional areas to plan/deliver support to achieving enterprise goals



Demonstrated record of accomplishments as a leader, performance manager, change manager, mentor, people developer, and business developer

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in managing and leading sales strategy & execution for a petroleum marketer

At least 5 years of successful sales experience across unbranded transportation fuels, bulk & packaged lubricants, DEF, and/or racing fuels
