Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support our Client in their search for a Territory Business Manager – Flush Chemicals

Responsibilities

Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of accounts for flush chemicals. This role will be expected to primarily hunt new business through an existing lube customer base and personal network in the automotive industry.

Take a hands-on, consultative approach to working with fixed ops directors and service managers at car dealerships and high-volume auto repair shops and quick lubes.  You will have a best-in-class level of support from our strategic supplier, along with sales management with experience managing and selling this product line. This role requires someone that enjoys winning and competing against other distributors to take market share.

Contact current or potential customers to establish a flush chemicals maintenance program

Deliver promotional presentations to prospective and current lube customers

Conduct ongoing training within current accounts in order to further their maintenance success

Implement new products and programs within accounts

Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs to build and maintain pipeline in Zoho CRM

Work with local Lubricant Sales Team members to find new prospects and also share lube leads

Support accounts with inventory, technical assistance, and equipment maintenance

Assist in the training of flush chemical products with Territory Business managers

 

Requirements

Two years or more of sales and flush chemical automotive experience

Solid closing skills and ability to build value added relationships

Excellent Sales, Negotiating and Communication skills

Experience with relationship selling, customer prospecting, and demonstrated success in outside sales

Self starter; self-reliant and confident in capabilities

Willingness and drive to build a business; entrepreneurial attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups

Good organizational skills and ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, Office, Power Point)

Daily travel is required throughout the territory
