Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading fuel supplier and distributor to support their search for a Customer Success Manager.  The position is the operational point of contact for the customers managing day to day relationships.  In this role you will be responsible for providing best in class customer service for customers and support.

Greater Atlanta Area, Denver, or Houston

 

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer’s advocate regarding problem solving and customer expectations/needs across all internal seniority levels.  Act as voice of the customer in internal decision making.   Deliver world-class service from end-to-end of the customer journey.

Develop and implement a regular communication strategy to connect with existing customers at the corporate and/or local level.

Assist in creating and participating in customer business reviews.

Own new customer onboarding end to end.

Regularly perform proactive root cause analysis on recurring customer issues.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure high level operational issues are resolved completely and in a timely manner on behalf of the customer.

Serve as a backup support for Sales.

Perform customer level and site level P&L analysis to address and prevent recurring operational errors and identify opportunity; identify and implement operational strategies to improve customer profitability.

Monitor and analyze profit and loss of assigned book of accounts on a monthly basis and create/implement resolutions to increase margins and prevent reoccurring issues.

Collaborate with the sales reps to ensure highest level of customer engagement.

Collaborate with bid team and sales to provide additional services.

Assist sales with growing existing book of business, through adding new sites and/or new product lines.

Plan and lead all integration meetings for new business.

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

2-4 years business to business experience preferably in a customer account management, B2B sales, or customer relationship management role.

Petroleum Industry experience preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook skills.

Ability to create and present reporting and presentations in front of customers.
