Energy Recruiters has partnered with a national fuel & lubricants additive manufacturer and distributor to support their search for Territory Sales Manager for their Northeast region.  Our client has built a decades long reputation of delivering superior results through their exceptional products, innovative programs, and specialized programs that differentiate them from the competition. 



Based on Experience



Home-office based.  Candidate must already reside in either DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, or PA (near a major airport hub desired).  Travel is up to 50-60% (including overnight) within the territory that also includes eastern Canada.



Develop a thorough understanding of company product and service offerings.

Proficiency in sales related to the company administrative processes and protocols: sales process execution, sales forecasting, expense reporting, sales plan development & strategic planning, and sales pipeline development & management.

Sales planning to establish annual sales goals, maximize sales call efficiency and effectiveness, facilitate effective new account acquisition with defined strategies, define quarterly objectives and other sales related timelines, focus sales efforts by market segment or opportunity, understand industry trends and new developments, and serve as a support resource for existing clients and prospects.



4-Yr. Degree in a Science field, business, marketing preferred.

3-5 years’ technical sales experience or sales in a related field (high valued finished products within the oil & gas industry).

Able to recognize, evaluate and embrace lubrication / fuel additive applications and sales opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Power Point and Word.

Demonstrates proficient multi-level written and oral communication skills.

Team oriented with the ability to work independently and multitask.
