Energy Recruiters is supporting a leading Energy Marketer & Distributor in their search for a Propane Branch Manager.
$90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
Manage up to two customer service center locations addressing customer issues that are escalated from the Customer Service Representative’s (i.e. pricing, service, delivery issues, and other dissatisfaction).
Oversee service and delivery departments, making sure to communicate budgets, customer issues, and safety.
Review delivery and service numbers daily, making decisions based on them; analyze the P&L monthly.
Direct responsibility for Service and Delivery managers, Customer Service Representative’s, Fleet maintenance/Dispatchers
Work closely with the sales department to make sure we are seizing all sale opportunities
Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of Propane Operations Management experience.
