Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading national retailer & wholeslaer to support their search for a Payments & Loyalty Manager. The position is responsible for assisting in the continued development and execution of the organization's payments strategy

The primary focus of your role will be identifying payment technologies, 3rd party partnerships, and other tools to enable consumer loyalty programs, fleet card/consumer credit card decks, and frictionless payment strategies (e.g., connected car, mobile payments, etc.).
As a key member of the marketing and sales team, you will utilize your industry knowledge, analytical and strategic thinking skills to ensure the brand is ahead of payment trends.
5+ years’ experience with retail payment programs and strategy, preferably in the retail fuels or convenience retail industry.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to combine insights with data trends.
Demonstrates essential abilities including critical thinking, business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Excellent leadership skills, the ability to influence others, foster necessary relationships with 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders.
Project management skills linking successful execution to strategy
