Responsibilities
Own Customer Success including on-boarding, project success, retention, and renewal
Lead Customer Success team and scale as the organization grows
Define, drive, calculate and present the ROI delivered to customers
Define and oversee lifecycle processes and touchpoints
Proactively monitor customer engagement and seek continuous improvement
Seamlessly work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and others
Requirements
Fuel industry experience is preferred, but not required.
