Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading energy marketer to support their search for a National Accounts Sales Representative. The position is responsible for new business development and account management.
Based on Experience
Home-office based anywhere in the United States
Responsible for the retention of assigned existing customers as well as the growth of company’s full portfolio of solutions from fuel to natural gas.
Analyze profit and loss by customer and customer locations to identify areas for greater product penetration and greater profitability.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients to market and sell the full menu of products and services.
Perform aggressive marketing, cold calling and new business development.
Conduct face to face meetings with customer contacts to solicit business while servicing current accounts within a particular sales territory.
Expected to provide information and recommendations on available services and products, address customer needs and meet customer requirements for reliable service.
Ethically and professionally represent products and programs to customers and prospects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2-5 years B2B sales experience in a business development type role; established relationships with commercial and/or industrial customers.
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivered fuel sales required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
Prior experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems preferred.
Knowledge base in such product lines as Unbranded Gasoline, Diesel, DEF, Additive, Fleet Card, LTL, FTL, Natural Gas.
