Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading fuel supplier and distributor to support their search for a Sales Representative. The position is responsible for new business development and account management.
$60K plus performance incentives
Responsible for the retention of assigned existing customers as well as the growth of company’s full portfolio of solutions from fuel to natural gas.
Analyze profit and loss by customer and customer locations to identify areas for greater product penetration and greater profitability.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients to market and sell the full menu of products and services.
Perform aggressive marketing, cold calling and new business development.
Conduct face to face meetings with customer contacts to solicit business while servicing current accounts within a particular sales territory.
Expected to provide information and recommendations on available services and products, address customer needs and meet customer requirements for reliable service.
Ethically and professionally represent products and programs to customers and prospects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
B2B sales experience required, preferably in a customer account retention or business development type role.
Experience in petroleum sales preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
Prior experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems preferred.
Knowledge base in such product lines as DEF, Additive, Fleet Card, LTL, FTL, Natural Gas.
