Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals, fuel, and lubricant products to support their search for a Territory Sales Manager. The position is responsible for new business development and account management.
Based on Experience
Midwest (MI, OH, KY, or IN); Home Office; access to regional/national airport hub
Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services.
Knowledge of assigned territory including key customers.
Facilitate effective new account acquisition, define sales objectives, and establish annual sales goals.
Maximize new business development and market growth.
Serve as a support resource for clients and prospects.
Proficiency in sales related processes including forecasting, client management, monthly reports, and interaction with technical and product teams.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a science field, marketing, and business administration
3-5 years of proven success in technical sales and account management within the petroleum industry (fuel and/or lubricant additives, specialty chemicals – highly desired)
Willing and able to travel
