Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support our Client in their search for a General Manager of their Dealer Division.

 

Compensation

$90K-$125K Plus Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities

Oversight and Leadership of all Division Functions.

Sets the Cadence, Pace, Passion and Energy Level for the Division.         

Candidate will be the one to ensure that the Division is well coordinated and productive by Managing its processes and Coaching its people.       

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires the Candidate to be an effective Leader and detail oriented.  In addition, the Candidate must be well organized and also possess the ability to multi-task.   

Candidate must be an effective Leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the Division.

Candidate will work with Management to develop a Vision and Strategy that has executable goals for both the Division and its Team members.                

Candidate will work with Management to determine Accountabilities along with Communicating Values, Policies and Procedures within the Division.             

Candidate will work to Recruit, Retain, Select and Train Employees within the Division.  Candidate will also review and set Compensation for the Employees within the Division as well.    

Working closely with Management to develop a Strategy and plan to improve and grow the Division.

Reviewing on a Monthly Basis the Financial Statements with the Division.

Forecasting future and current financial needs for each Division.  This will include Growth and Maintenance CAP Ex for the Division.               

Actively participating in Management/Division Meetings and providing feedback.

Ensure that all Regulatory reporting is being handled for the Division.                   

Develop measurable KPI's for each Division.                                       

Report KPI's Progress to Management on a regular basis.                                         

Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data/metrics.      

Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in an industry Study Group.  

Provide oversight of collection of Accounts Receivables for the Division.              

Develop DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) goals for the Division.                               

Implement and Employ technology to improve the overall business.           

Meeting deadlines for Preparation and Management of Operating and Capital Budgets for the Division. 

 

Requirements

5-Years experience in the Petroleum Industry                                                  

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)                                                                                          

Excellent organizational and leadership skills and abilities.              

A track record of delivering measurable results.                                                           

Strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.

Passion for Automation, Technology and Process Improvement                              

Ability to deliver outstanding tangible results with an intense focus on:  Forecasting, Budgeting and Leadership.                                                      

Expert in the field of Data Analysis and Performance Metrics.

Thoughtful leader, understands what the Department must Master and figures out how to get there Leads by example – drives team enthusiasm, inspires and energizes employees

Sets and achieves goals; delivers outstanding measurable results                         

Big picture oriented, while focusing on the details; anticipates barriers and proactively addresses potential pitfalls.
