Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support a leading Energy Company in their search for a Director of Unbranded Wholesale Marketing
Based on Experience
P&L accountability for the sales of unbranded gasoline, diesel, & biofuels across multiple customer channels (e.g., retail, commercial, industrial, government, etc.)
Functional leadership and performance management for unbranded wholesale rack marketing
Develop, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Team of professionals
Maximize profitable sales margins and customer service/reliability through the implementation of contracts & spot purchases, trading, and exchange.
Drives the development of sales and supply forecasting, strategies, and sets appropriate metrics for performance management.
Provides day to day servant leadership in the interaction of sales, supply, operations, and administration; facilitate integration of sales & supply with support functions (i.e., transportation, supply, billing, etc.).
Develop, execute, and refine strategies and business plans to open new markets.
Accurately predict changes in revenue, margins, expenses, supply, gallons, resources, and competitive environment.
Design and presentation of market strategies, annual budget plans and monthly sales performance.
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in unbranded wholesale sales
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in managing and leading an unbranded wholesale Team
Demonstrated record of accomplishments as a sales leader, performance manager, and business developer in refined products marketing
Extensive industry involvement and excellent customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
