Energy Recruiters has partnered with a Leading Petroleum Distributor to support their search for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing who will lead their commercial Team.
Compensation
$120k to $140k plus bonus

Responsibilities
Reports directly to the President
Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the Sales Team, including C&I, Wholesale, Aviation, and Common Carrier product lines.
Create a successful culture that effectively executes to the organization's vision and goals.
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure results achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Identify, track, monitor new and existing growth opportunities; improve and lead forecasting/trend analysis.
Drive the development of sales forecasting, strategies, and set appropriate metrics for on-going sales management.
Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
Requirements
5+ years of management experience leading a sales team that targets commercial/industrial accounts
Experience with fuel operations and logistics
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and other current technology
Proven success with developing strong relationships with existing customers while gaining new accounts.
Passionate about building, motivating, mentoring, and inspiring Teams
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
Polished communication and presentation skills.
