A successful regional fuel and lubricant distributor has engaged Energy Recruiters to support their search for a Business Development Representative for their Arkansas market.
Based on Experience
The candidate will represent fuel, lubricants and chemical products to wholesale, retail, commercial and industrial accounts and prospects within assigned territory.
Through consultative selling techniques and marketing/selling strategies they will form strong business relationships with existing and prospective accounts to help uncover customer needs and develop plans of action to resolve those needs.
Working with cross-sectional teams with in the company to address customer and market conditions, occasionally drawing upon resources within the company and/or from vendors to help close deals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline in the CRM system
Previous sales experience required, commercial or industrial sales experience is a bonus
Ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office suite of tools
Experience with a CRM system is desired
Work well with in a team environment to achieve sales and margin goals
