Play a leadership role in the development, planning, and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve branding, retention, and customer acquisition goals.
Validate return on capital employed using accurate data measurement and analysis
Develop strategies and tactics to increase both market share and share of wallet
Communicate & collaborate with Leadership Team and stakeholders to develop clear goals in the areas of customer acquisition and retention as well as corporate branding.
Build a rolling 12 month marketing plan/calendar that will serve as the road map for achieving goals.
Manage our company brand including image, standards, message, and reputation at all points of contact
Develop valuable content and manage delivery to our target audiences (internal/external)
Create and manage an automated platform for content delivery to Clients as well as prospective customers and candidates.
Lead company marketing campaigns and develop/support of e-commerce initiatives
Train and coach stakeholders to effectively execute their roles in the marketing plan
Create a measurement and reporting system to evaluate the effectiveness of investment and create a baseline for evaluation of future efforts and outcomes
Measure the outcome of specific marketing efforts and continuously improve/optimize results
Plan and propose future marketing investment and expected results
3+ years of demonstrated success in the development, execution, and optimization of strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced/Expert user of MS Office, content publishing software, and CRM software
Accurately interpret behaviors, patterns, and trends through analysis of market data
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in small and large group settings
Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Currently reside within 20 miles of Roswell, GA
