Hire, motivate, train, and develop a team of professional salespeople.
Create and implement the structure and processes of the inside sales and customer service teams.
Developing new leads from company database and growing existing business through supporting the sales team.
Work with Operations to provide superior service for Customers.
Give all customers prompt and courteous service while utilizing rapid relationship- building skills.
Manage and build customer base, analyze and develop sales forecasts.
Also, be knowledgeable on building value added presentations.
Must maintain an understanding of the company`s products, services, industry and their client`s needs.
Ability to continually build supplementary sales to existing customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
5+ years of sales, and 5+ years of inside sales management experience.
Microsoft Office suite and CRM proficiency.
Proven record of accomplishments as a business developer with innovative approaches.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills required.
Candidate must be able to work in a team environment as well as be a self-starter.
Candidate must be tenacious in the execution of the sales plan and must have the ability to exceed sales goals and performance measurements.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire.
