A Retained Search is a process where the Client will incur a fee when entering into an agreement with Energy Recruiters, Inc. Clients choose a Retained Search for various reasons. For example, a Client has to fill a senior position in their company and wants to work with only one Executive Search firm. Also, Clients use Retained Searches when they have an incumbent in the position and confidentiality is an issue.
It is important to keep in mind that a Retained Search takes priority over any Contingency Searches. The full resources of the Executive Recruiter are focused on identifying the best candidates in the market place and presenting them to the Client for consideration.
Our fee structure for a Retained Search is shown below:
- 1/3 of the Fee is payable at the start of the Search Process.
- 1/3 of the Fee is payable upon the presentation of (3) qualified candidates to the Client.
- The remaining portion of the fee is paid by the client upon acceptance of an offer by the “Our” candidate.
