OUR PROCESS

Our process is very effective.  First we develop a job description that encompasses the type of skills, abilities, and experience you want the candidate to possess.  For companies that do not have a formal job description, we will work with them to develop one that encompasses their needs.  Our staff will then initiate an extensive search identifying the candidates that possess the skill sets your position requires.  Upon identifying qualified candidates we will send you their information.  After you have selected a candidate(s) you wish to interview, Energy Recruiters will assist you in making the necessary arrangements. When the right candidate is selected, our services include presenting the job offer to the candidate.

Upon acceptance of an offer, Energy Recruiters will invoice you for its services.  Energy Recruiters guarantees the candidates we recommend for employment.  We realize the importance of finding the right individuals for each of our Clients.
