Pat Siefert...
is a highly skilled Executive Recruiter with over 20 years of management experience is the Retail Industry.  Pat, a Chicago native, worked his way through college in the financial district of downtown Chicago and graduated from De Paul University with a B.A. Degree in Social Science. 

Pat began his 23 year career with 7-Eleven in the Chicago area where he held the positions of Field Consultant, Sales Manager and District Manager.  Pat was recruited as a Regional Manager with Pizza Hut and later as an Operations Manager with a regional oil company in California where he oversaw retail operations in the Bay Area and developed their entry into foodservice. 

7-Eleven recruited Pat back to the organization where he held the positions of Sales & Promotions Manager and Market Manager for Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Divisions.  Pat was then promoted to serve in corporate special projects with 7-Eleven at their corporate office where he reengineered the Inventory Control Department.

Recently, in an effort to be closer to family, Pat made a career change and utilized his wealth of knowledge and entered into the Executive Search business.  Pat has had considerable success sourcing highly qualified Candidates for roles in operations, marketing, real estate, construction, petroleum, and finance. 

Pat strives to bring together great people with great opportunity.  His philosophy of dealing with both Client and Candidate in an honest, forthright manner, coupled with the breath of his management experience, serves Pat well in facilitating mutually beneficial working relationships for both parties.
