comes to ERI with a unique set of skills and abilities.  An experienced educator and administrator, he brings a new and unique perspective to recruiting.  Before entering teaching, he spent several years in retail sales and marketing where he gained valuable insight and understanding of the retail environment.  

Marty's background will give him the necessary qualities to be an aggressive listener, and thus be a Champion for your staffing need.
