joined ERI in 2007 as a research analyst. His determination and dedication quickly earned him the role of Executive Recruiting Consultant servicing Clients on the West Coast.

Prior to joining ERI, Loren had over 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He has managed projects in roles such as Lead Carpenter, Foreman, and Project Manager, giving him a strong leadership background and ability to understand what the needs of his Clients are. Currently, Loren is pursuing a degree in business management.

Loren’s goal is to provide his Clients with the most qualified talent in the marketplace while also providing professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. His desire and drive to be one of the best in the Industry continues to serve him as a successful Recruiter.
