John Marino…
is a recent graduate from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA where he completed his Masters Degree in Counseling. He has spent over 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services and High Tech Computer Industry. 

John has held various regional Human Resource roles in the Northeast as an employee and as an expert recruiting consultant. John’s responsibilities included managing recruitment efforts for technical professionals in the High Tech industry as well as in the Financial Services with Sr. level SVP, CFO, CEO Executive hires in the retail software industry and various Consumer Product companies.   

Mr. Marino takes pride in satisfying each individual involved in the placement process. Both his Clients and Candidates appreciate his level of professionalism that sets him apart from the industry “head hunter” stereotype where his opinion and advice is appreciated.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, John completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Salem State College.
