Jay Young...
graduated from Clarion University in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. In 2004, he graduated from Hodges University with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. During that time he was also a Recruiter for a higher education university.

Jay has been in a Human Resource department as a Recruiter/Generalist in Southwest Florida for the past 6 years. He has recruited for the leading builder in the housing industry. Jay's responsibilities included recruitment for all aspects of 15 country clubs, the privacy team, accounting, finance, home building, IT, marketing, and the tower divisions.

Mr. Young is determined to find the right Candidate for your Company or find the right Company for the Candidate. He is able to find those Candidates that are not necessarily looking for an opportunity right now but would be willing to take the next step if matched up with the right company.
