Greg O’Neill…
graduated from Villanova University in 2003 with a BA, Liberal Arts and a concentration in Business. Upon graduation, Greg began his career with Hasbro, Inc. working with both the Human Resources and Retail Merchandising departments. In this role he was exposed to the recruiting efforts of the second largest toy company in the world. After learning much about Human Resource regulations, policies, and strategies, Greg decided to move into Executive Recruiting.

Greg commenced his Recruiting career with a boutique Retained Executive Search firm located in Rhode Island. His focus was primarily on the Consumer Packaged Goods, Heavy Industrial Manufacturing, and Chemical Industries. It was his high level of interest in the Chemical Industry that led him to ERI. Greg has developed a passion for the Energy industry.

Greg thoroughly enjoys bringing positive change to both Clients and Candidates. He thrives on the thought of his Clients receiving fresh ideas from their new employees, and Candidates realizing a new stage in their lives.
